• This is a wheelchair-friendly property but not a pet-friendly property.
• All-male groups are not allowed.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• The caretaker resides near the premises of the property and will be available from 10 AM to 7 PM.
• There are a total of 5 bedrooms spread across 2 units, out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms of Units 2. Guests do not have access to the owners bedroom in Unit 2.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• There are a total of 5 bedrooms spread across 2 units, out of which guests have access to only 4 bedrooms of Units 1 & 2. Guests do not have access to the owners bedroom in Unit 2.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

• There are a total of 5 bedrooms spread across 2 units, out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms of Units 2. Guests do not have access to the owners bedroom in Unit 2.

• This is a standalone property comprising 2 individual units.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Mobile networks like Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support 1 light and fan in each space for up to 3 hours.
• The caretaker resides near the premises of the property and will be available from 10 AM to 7 PM.
