• A refundable security deposit of Rs. 30,000 will be collected prior to check-in.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed on the property. However, please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Ordering-in of outside food is not allowed.
• Please note that these are a set of 2 units each featuring 5 bedrooms.

Stay Information

• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• This is a wheelchair-friendly property. There is a lift and ramp present at the property.
• This is a pet-friendly property.
• In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.
• This is a standalone property with another unit on the same premises.
• The villa attendant stays on the premises of the same property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can provide power backup.
• Additional guests can be accommodated at an additional charge of Rs. 3,000 + applicable taxes per person, per day. Please note that the maximum occupancy will remain 50 guests only.
