• Strictly NO DIVING or JUMPING in the pool.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

• All mobile networks work fairly well here. Due to the location surrounded by hills and greenery, the connection may get affected.

• While we are sure that you will love the lush green surroundings of the property, we advise you to exercise caution regarding any potential presence of creepy crawlies or bugs in the vicinity.
• Anticipating the monsoon's arrival, our staff is ready for potential power outages with a reliable backup system. Please cooperate by avoiding high-power appliances like ACs and geysers. Your comfort and safety are our utmost priorities.
• Kindly note that power interruptions or fluctuations, influenced by factors such as weather and regional constraints, are beyond our control.
• This is a standalone property.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas and external areas for security purposes.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• In case of a power outage, the 25 KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours.
