House Rule

• All-male groups are not allowed.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• Outside vendors, photographers and events are not allowed."
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
• Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
• A mandatory security deposit of Rs. 25,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.

Stay Information

• Guests are advised to carry preferred snacks and beverages, as sourcing items during the stay may be limited.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This is a standalone property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
• In case of a power outage, the solar power and genset can provide backup.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
