House Rule

• Guests are strictly not permitted to access the terrace.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Outside food is allowed. Guests are welcome to order food from outside. A service fee of ₹500 per day will be applicable for maintaining cleaning and service standards.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• There is another villa nearby for which guests dont have access to
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Drone photography is not allowed.
• As the villa is located on a hill, guest vehicles may be driven up to the entrance only for luggage drop-off.
• After unloading, all vehicles must be parked at the designated parking area downhill. This is mandatory and strictly enforced in the interest of safety and access compliance.
• StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• A Rs 20,000/- mandatory deposit will be collected before check-in.
• All-male groups are not allowed.
• Our villa staff is available to assist guests from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• For any service requests between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM, a late-hour staff service fee of ₹1,200 will be applicable, payable directly to the villa staff. Prior notice to staff is required.

Stay Information

• In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.
• This is a standalone property.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• In case of a power outage, the DG + Inverter can support all the appliances.
• The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. However, you can drive all the way up to the entrance.
