• This is a pet-friendly property.
• This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Outside vendors are not allowed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

Stay Information

• Menu should be closed and finalized before 24 hours of the check-in date.
• A fully refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is applicable during your stay.
• Staff will be available at the property until 7:00 PM. Guests are requested to coordinate any assistance required after this time in advance.
• Dinner will be prepared and ready by 7:00 PM. Guests are requested to inform the property team in advance of any dietary requirements.
• In case of a power outage, the generator + 5 KV inverter can support all the appliances.
• In the event of load shedding, first 3 hours of generator usage are complimentary. Any usage beyond the complimentary 3-hour period will be charged at ₹1,000 per additional hour.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• This property is a part of a gated community.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
