• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

• Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
• The theatre will be operated and supervised by the on-site caretaker, guests will not have direct access to operate the system.
• The home theatre is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• In consideration of the property's location, guests are kindly advised to be mindful of the presence of bugs and insects, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.
