• Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations. This property has a common dining space which is shared
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

Stay Information

• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• The caretaker and host reside on the premises of the property and will be available from 9 AM to 7 PM.
• This is a standalone property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
• In case of a power outage, the 35 KVA generator can support all lights, ACs, and fans. Alternatively, the 5 KVA inverter can support 1 light and fan in each space for up to 3 hours.
