• Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the property.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

Stay Information

• All-male groups are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 15,000.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This is a standalone property.
• This is a pet-friendly property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• In case you would like to host an event at the property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses.
• In case of a power outage, the DG can provide backup.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi (network is subject to availability).
• Due to temporary road construction on the main highway route leading to the villa, access via the usual route is currently restricted. Guests are requested to follow an alternate route to reach the villa until further notice.
