• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.

Stay Information

• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• All-male groups are allowed, however, a deposit of Rs 20,000 needs to be paid before check-in.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This is a pet-friendly property.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all essential appliances. (Inverter Power Backup Available)
• This is a standalone property.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Incase of outside food, a charge of 500/- rupees will be charged for washing utensils.
• The villa features an inverter system that provides 2-4 hours of backup power for essential appliances. For extended power needs, we can arrange generator services upon request at an additional cost according to actual charges.
