House Rule

• There are a total of 6 bedrooms and if the listing is booked, guests will have access to only 3 bedrooms and the common areas except from the kitchen, the upper lawn, the second level and the third level
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the jacuzzi.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM
• Guests are requested to make the bonfire request before 5 PM

Stay Information

• This is a wheelchair friendly property. The first floor of the property is accessible through the upper gate. There are a couple of steps leading up, assistance for the same will be provided, if required.
• The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
• This is a standalone property
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the common room of the property for security purposes
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
• All mobile networks work fairly well here.
• In case of a power outage, a 15 KVA solar inverter is installed that can support all appliances for 48 hours. Additionally, a 25 KVA generator is also available.
• The villa is in a secluded location in Mahabaleshwar.
