  • Chewing tobacco: Strictly prohibited.
  • Upkeep: Daily cleaning is compulsory.
  • Pets: Pets are NOT allowed on the property.
  • Occupancy: Follow maximum occupancy limits. Additional guests need prior approval.
  • Damage: Report and take responsibility for damages or breakages. Charges may apply.
  • Cleanliness: Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. Use designated trash bins for disposing of garbage and avoid littering the property.
  • Safety: Lock all doors and windows when leaving. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Amenities & facilities: Use the provided amenities and facilities responsibly, and follow any posted guidelines.
  • Compliance: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.
