• The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions.
• There are CCTV cameras present at the property that capture the outdoors, the open dining area, and the pathway for security purposes.
• Guests can park their vehicles at their own risk, on the premises of the property.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
