• Hosting parties or events is not permitted at the property.
• Please note that this villa exclusively accommodates family groups and does not permit all-male groups.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.

• The property is located in a secluded area.

• Guests can enjoy a flexibility of 1 hour before and after the designated check-in and check-out times.
• Please note that one of the bedrooms is smaller than the other three.
• Please note that one of the rooms on the ground floor has a separate entrance from the lawn.
• The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available till 10 PM.
• This is a standalone property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work perfectly well here.
• In case of a power outage, the 20 KVA generator can support all ACs, fans, and lights for up to 8 hours. Alternatively, the 2 KVA inverter can provide backup for up to 4 hours.
