• Guests will need to pay a security deposit ranging from Rs. 5,000 to 20,000. However, during the occasion of an event, the security deposit will increase accordingly.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• All-male groups are not allowed.
• Please note that there is a separate unit on the premises to which guests do not have access.

Stay Information

• In case of a power outage, the 2.5 KVA inverter can support 1 light and fan in each space for up to 3 hours.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This is a pet-friendly property.
• This is a standalone property.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available till 11 PM.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas and external areas for security purposes.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here.
