• Any serious breach of home rules or violation of any law will result in immediate eviction without any notice.
• This is not a pet-friendly property unless specified.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care, just as they would treat their own.

• A maximum of 6 guests are allowed at the villa. Entry will be denied if more than 6 guests arrive.
• All-male groups or unmarried couples are not allowed.
• Smoking is allowed only in the exterior areas of the villa.
• Please do not carry food, beverages, or any glassware in and around the pool area.
• Kindly ensure no damage is caused to the furniture, fittings, appliances, or landscaping during your stay.
• Illegal substances, equipment, or activities are strictly prohibited.
• Events, parties, loud music, or gatherings beyond the registered number of guests are not permitted without prior written approval.
• Both main gates to the property will be locked by 9 PM and only opened in emergencies with permission from the manager.
• Any losses or damages to property will be recovered from Security deposit.
• All guests must submit valid government ID proofs prior to check-in. Entry will not be permitted without completion of the verification process.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Hookah/shisha/sheesha is strictly not permitted on the premises due to local regulations and safety concerns.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

Stay Information

• Alcohol is allowed only in the ground-floor living room. Guests consuming alcohol must carry a valid permit and share a copy at check-in.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property for assistance.
• This is a standalone private property.
• In case of a power outage, UPS backup supports basic lighting and fans. Generator backup is available for two hours, after which charges apply.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
