• Children must be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas. Please do not carry food or drinks in or around the pool.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the property.
• Guests are requested to wear swimming attire in the pool and shower before entering.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• This is a pure veg property.
• Smoking is allowed only in the exterior areas of the villa.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a a minimum after 10 PM.
• Guests are requested to treat the home with care.
• All-male groups are not allowed.

Stay Information

• Please note that only microwave use is permitted for outside food. If guests use the villa's crockery for outside food, a cleaning charge of ₹500 per meal will apply.
• Guests can stay connected with a complimentary dongle. Network availability may vary at any given time.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can provide backup.
• If you wish to host an event at the property, StayVista will assist in obtaining the necessary licenses.
• Please note that bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 share the same entrance and washroom.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• CCTV cameras capture the external areas for security purposes.
• This is a standalone property.
