• Please note there are 2 cottages on the premises.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• All-male groups are not allowed.
• There are a total of 6 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 1 bedroom of Unit 1.

Stay Information

• In case of a power outage, the solar inverter can support 1 light and fan in each space for up to 3 hours. Alternatively, there is a generator that can also provide additional power backup.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This is a pet-friendly property.
• The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available from 8 AM to 10:30 PM.
• This is a standalone property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• All mobile networks work fairly well here.
