House Rule

• Hookah is not allowed anywhere on the property.
• A fully refundable security deposit of Rs 35,000 is to be paid before check-in.
• All-male groups are allowed.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Outside vendors are not allowed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in the entire property.
• Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Stay Information

• The road leading up to the villa is concrete.
• Guests are requested to bring their own padel rackets and ball for padel ball.
• All cricket gear is available. However, any damage or breakage of bats will be charged
• This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Please note that the in-house staff are available until 11 PM. If guests require staff assistance beyond 11 PM, an additional charge of 1,000 per staff member will apply.
• This extended support is available only until 1–2 AM at the latest, depending on the guest's needs.
• In case of a power outage, a generator and an inverter can support all the appliances.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker and host stay on the premises of the same property.
• This is a standalone property.
