• The caretaker can bring groceries at an additional cost.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may not be concrete
• Guests are urged to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• All-male groups are not allowed.
• Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
• Loud music is allowed, however, please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum post midnight.

Stay Information

• There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area for security purposes.
• Guests are urged to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
• Guests are advised to stay cautious of any insects or bugs in the monsoon
• Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
• A Jio dongle will be available at the property, however, the network may vary subject to availability at any given time.
• An extra cleaning fee may be levied in case of corporate events.
• The rooms will be cleaned only twice in a day.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the property.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can support lights, fans, refrigerator, and geyser for up to 10 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans.
