House Rule

• Outside food orders are not permitted inside the villa. Only meals and experiences provided by approved StayVista vendors are allowed.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
• A refundable security deposit of Rs. 50,000 will be collected prior to check-in.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• The villa attendant stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 9 AM to 10 PM.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• This collection comprises three separate villa units (Ember + Gardenéa two units).

Stay Information

• Additional guests can be accommodated at an additional charge of Rs. 3,000 + applicable taxes per person, per day. Please note that the maximum occupancy will remain 51 guests only.
• Ember & Sage units are wheelchair-friendly with lifts and ramps. Gardenéa is senior citizen-friendly with assistance available for 2-3 entrance steps.
• This collection comprises three separate villa units (Ember & Sage twin units + Gardenéa two units)
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.
• This is a pet-friendly property across all units.
