• Guests do not have access to the basement room.
• Guests are not allowed to pluck the fruits from the orchards.
• All-male groups are not allowed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Smoking is allowed in the lawn area only.
• Guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
• The villa is home to an abundance of vintage artifacts and paintings. Guests are requested to be careful around them.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• The property houses two friendly Indie dogs for security purposes.
• Please note that the is the open living room does not have an AC.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.

Stay Information

• The location of the villa is secluded.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 8 hours. Additionally, the inverter can support all appliances excluding the ACs for up to 2 hours.
• All mobile networks work fairly well here.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• This is a standalone property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas of the property.
• The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
• Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
