• All-male groups are not allowed.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas and inside the rooms only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

Stay Information

• This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This is a standalone property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• In case of a power outage, the solar power backup can support all the appliances except AC.
• In case you would like to host an event at the property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event.
• StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the property.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• Please note that the pool construction is currently in progress at the property. However, no construction work will be carried out during the guests' stay, ensuring there will be no disturbance or inconvenience.
