• Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.

• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.

Stay Information

• The stay is part of a gated society.
• The caretaker stays near the premises of the same property and will be available from 8 AM to 9 PM.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• All mobile networks work fairly well here.
• In case of a power outage, the 10 KVA generator can support all the lights and fans at an additional cost for up to 2 hours. Alternatively, the inverter can support the same for up to 3 hours.
