• Kindly note that outside footwear is not allowed inside the premises of the property.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Complimentary breakfast is served before 10:30 AM. Please place your order the night before or by 8 AM. Orders after 9:30 AM or served post 10:30 AM are chargeable.
• Outside food is generally not allowed. If guests opt to have it delivered, served, or consumed on-site, a flat service charge will apply per person per day.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

Stay Information

• This is not a pet-friendly nor a wheelchair-friendly property.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the basic appliances except the high-load appliances for up to 24 hours.
• All mobile networks work fairly well here.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Kitchen can be accessed at an additional cost.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker stays on the premises and is available till 10 PM. Services after that (except for emergencies) are chargeable per night and subject to availability.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed.
• Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
