• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
• Pets are allowed at the property on request.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

Stay Information

• A compulsory security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- will be applicable. It will be collected at the villa via QR code and will be refunded at the time of check-out.
• A security camera is installed in the living room for safety and security purposes.
• The home is lodged amidst lush greenery and is secluded.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours and the inverter can support all the appliances for up to 3 hours.
• All mobile networks work fairly well here.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and is available from 8 AM to 10 PM.
• This is a standalone property.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Pets are allowed at the property on request.
