House Rule

• Please note that this listing comprises two separate villas.
• All-male groups are allowed. However, a deposit of Rs. 40,000 will be levied.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can provide power backup.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• The theatre room will be operated solely by the villa manager; guests will not have direct access to its controls.
• For any events/off-site gatherings, lawn usage charges are Rs. 35,000 plus taxes per event for up to 16 guests. Charges will increase for additional guests.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• The housekeeping staff and a personalised butler stay on the premises of the same property.
• The housekeeping staff will be available from 8 AM to 11 PM.
• This is a standalone property.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in the outdoor areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• For events, guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendors to the property. Please contact the StayVista team for events.
