House Rule

• All-male groups are allowed.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Food is not allowed in rooms or living rooms
• Guests are requested to allow access to the housekeeper between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM for room cleaning.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the cottage only.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• While the caretaker will assist, guests are requested to carry their own luggage.
• Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals, particularly monkeys due to the cottage location. However, the property has a vigilant guard dog on duty to help ensure safety.

Stay Information

• Please note, this is a 5 bedroom villa and guests have access to only 3 rooms and shared spaces.
• This is not a pet friendly property however the property has a guard dog on its premises.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Common sit-out areas are available and are large enough to provide privacy.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support the basic appliances.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• This is a homestay property and there are no concierge services or bell boys.
• There is no room service. Tea/coffee facility is available in the room.
• Tea/coffee ordered from the kitchen is chargeable.
• Turndown service happens once every evening.
• Kitchen timings are 9 am to 8:30pm.
• This is a standalone property
