• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Please note that this is a 5-bedroom villa and guests have access to only 2 rooms and shared spaces.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This is not a pet-friendly property; however, the property has a guard dog on its premises.
• Guests are requested to carry their own luggage, although the caretaker will assist.
• Tea/coffee ordered from the kitchen is chargeable.
• Kitchen timings are from 9 AM to 8:30 PM.
• If there are any visitors, a fee of Rs. 1,200 per person will apply.
• Guests are requested to allow access to the housekeeper between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM for room cleaning.
• Food is not allowed in the rooms or living rooms.
• Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals, particularly monkeys, due to the cottage location. The property has a vigilant guard dog on duty to help ensure safety.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the cottage only.

• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi (network subject to availability).
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances.
