• All-male groups are not allowed.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• There is a friendly resident dog staying in the premises of the same property.
• Guests have access to the entire villa except for one of the rooms occupied by the owner, on the first floor.

Stay Information

• There are approximately 70 steps leading up to the villa. Staff will be available to help the guests carry their luggage up to the villa.
• This is a pet-friendly property.
• This is a standalone property.
• The caretaker and host stays on the premises of the same property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances.
• The place may or may not be suitable for guests who face mobility challenges.
• Senior citizens can be driven to the villa via another route, approximately 5 minutes away from the villa. Guests will have to walk the rest of the way.
