• In case of a power outage, the 45 KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 6 hours. Additionally, a 5 KVA inverter can support all fans and lights for up to 4 hours.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in exterior areas only.
• Guests are requested to be aware of bugs and insects, as the property is surrounded by forest.
• The caretaker resides on the premises and is available until 10 PM.
• The villa is part of a gated society.
• CCTV cameras cover the exterior areas for security.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi (subject to availability).
• Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone work fairly well.
• Not a wheelchair-friendly property.
