• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Guests are welcome to bring outside food. Please note that there is no gas stove or cooking facility available at the property. An induction cooktop is provided only for reheating food and should not be used for cooking.

• Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
• Please note, the villa kitchen is not equipped for preparing any meals (including tea, coffee, or instant noodles)
• The road leading to the villa is slightly steep.
• Meals are prepared in a central kitchen and delivered to the villa.
• Due to heavy monsoon, some villas may experience minor seepage or leakage. Our team is addressing this promptly for your comfort. We regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
