• Smoking is allowed only in exterior areas.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• Guests are requested to treat the home with care.
• Guests are advised to wear proper attire in the jacuzzi and shower before entering.
• Children should be supervised in or around the jacuzzi.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Hookah is strictly prohibited at the property.
• Guests are allowed to order outside food from platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, and nearby restaurants, including Anglo Indian. Please note that there are no cooking facilities available for guests.

Stay Information

• Alcohol consumption is allowed; do not carry food/drinks in and around the jacuzzi.
• Ongoing construction adjacent to the property may cause minor disruptions
• Elevator is accessible, but avoid using it during power cuts for safety.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi (subject to availability).
• The caretaker stays on the premises.
• There are CCTV cameras covering the external areas for security purposes.
• Guests are advised to shut windows after dark during monsoon, as the greenery makes the area prone to insects or bugs.
• Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed at an additional cost.
• Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone work fairly well.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 6 hours.
• The villa is in a secluded location.
• The property is located within a gated community.
• A refundable security deposit of ₹15,000 is mandatory at the time of check-in. The amount will be collected by the property manager during check-in. At the time of check-out, the manager will inspect the property, and the security deposit will be refunded
