• Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas; please do not carry food or drinks in and around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• No commercial activities are permitted, and no outside vendors are allowed on the premises.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
• Children should be supervised while in or around the pool.
• Guests are requested to wear proper swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Smoking is allowed only in the exterior areas of the villa.

Stay Information

• In case of a power outage, there is a generator and an inverter that can provide backup.
• Floors may become slippery during the monsoon season; please walk with caution.This is a pet-friendly property. Two pets currently reside at the villa.
