• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Outside vendors are not allowed.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Please note that there are two resident pets on the premises. They are well-trained and will be kept safely secured in their enclosure throughout your stay to ensure your comfort.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.

• The last 300 meters patch towards the villa is not well paved.

• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
• In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.

• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability. Wifi connectivity is limited to only ground floor.
• An inverter backup is also available, which supports only basic appliances for approximately 2–3 hours
• Generator backup is free for up to 2 hours during outages. A charge of Rs. 1000/hour applies thereafter.
