House Rule

• The room you receive will be allocated by the property manager based on availability.
• If you book one room within a larger unit, you will have access only to that room and the common shared areas.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• As per local government regulations, loud music and bonfires are not permitted post 10 PM.
• Hookah is strictly prohibited as per Tamil Nadu Government restrictions.
• Smoking is allowed only in the exterior areas of the villa.
• Children must be supervised at all times while in or around the pool.
• Guests must present valid ID proof at the time of check-in. Entry will be denied without it.
• There is no separate accommodation available for drivers.
• Guests are urged to wear proper swimwear and shower before entering the pool
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas; however, please refrain from carrying food or drinks in and around the pool.

Stay Information

• Drinking is allowed only inside the rooms and in designated areas.
• This is a standalone property offering complete privacy and comfort.
• The caretaker resides on the premises and is available from 8 AM to 7 PM.
• There are CCTV cameras installed in the common and external areas for security purposes.
• F&B orders must be placed at least 6 hours in advance (only dinner service available; lunch is not provided).
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food are allowed.
• Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Mobile networks such as Airtel, Jio, and Vi work well here.
• This is a pet-friendly and wheelchair-friendly property.
• In case of a power outage, the 25 KVA inverter can support one light and one fan in each space for up to 3 hours. Additionally, a generator supports all appliances except the AC and refrigerator.
