• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property.
• Air conditioning is available only in 3 rooms at the property.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Guests have exclusive access to the lower ground floor (basement), including bedrooms, living, and dining areas. The upper levels are privately occupied by the owner and inaccessible for guests.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Outside vendors are not allowed.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.

Stay Information

• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
• All-male groups are allowed.
• Air conditioning is available only in 3 rooms at the property.
• To ensure your comfort, the ground floor of the villa is completely dedicated to your stay. The first floor is the private residence of the homeowner and is not accessible to guests.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event.
• Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
• Basic pre-ordered food can be provided in-house.
• This is a standalone property.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property from 9 AM to 10 PM.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• Outside food is allowed.
• Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances.
• The road leading up to the villa is concrete.
