• Please note, this is a 8 bedroom villa and guests have access to only 2 rooms and shared spaces.
• The kitchen is accessible for reheating purposes only.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the apartment only.

Stay Information

• Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• All-male groups are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 5000.
• This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This is a pet-friendly property.
• This is a standalone property
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• There is no lift to access rooms on the lower ground level; therefore, accessibility for senior citizens and guests with mobility challenges is limited.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
