• Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• All-male groups are not allowed.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
• Please note that there are 80 stairs that guests need to climb to reach the villa.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

Stay Information

• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas and external areas for security purposes.
• The living room does not offer an AC.
• Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can support lights, fans and AC for up to 8 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 4 hours.
• Villa has 80 stairs to climb to reach villa from parking.
