House Rule

• Reheating, consumption, and use of cutlery for non-vegetarian food is not allowed inside the villa, but can be consumed on the lawn or outside the property.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• Playing ball games (soft tennis balls allowed; hard cricket balls not allowed) in the lawn is permitted. No physical sports inside the villa.
• Plucking of flowers/vegetables/fruits is allowed post-checking with the caretaker. The caretaker may allow it in reasonable quantities.
• Bookings are accepted only from families, couples, or balanced groups. A security deposit is required to ensure a comfortable and respectful stay experience.
• Outside vendors for decor, live singers, and bartenders are strictly not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa; guests may smoke in the lawn area.
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed inside the villa. Do not carry food/drinks around the pool.

Stay Information

• The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
• This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Please note, the swimming pool will remain closed for maintenance until February.
• Guests are requested to be aware of bugs and insects owing to the propertys open land and mountain surroundings.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• This is a standalone property.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external and common areas for security purposes.
• Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
• In case of a power outage, the 40 KVA generator can support all appliances. Additionally, the 2 KVA inverter can support lights and fans for up to 3 hours.
