• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• Please note there are a total of 5 bedrooms on the premises of the property, and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 2 bedrooms and the common areas only.
• Hookah is strictly prohibited.
• Outside vendors for services like decor, DJ, catering, singing, bartending, and spa are strictly not allowed.
• Outside food is strictly not allowed.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Consumption and ordering-in of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

Stay Information

• This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
• The swimming pool may not be operational from November to March due to low temperatures during the winter.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and living room for security purposes.
• All mobile networks work fairly well here.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
• Guests do not have access to the terrace and kitchen.
• The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
