• All-male groups are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 5000.
• The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Outside vendors are not allowed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

Stay Information

• Please note that this 2 BHK accommodation consists of two separate apartments located in the same building, and guests will have access to shared spaces.
• StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the property.
• In case you would like to host an event at the property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property from 9 AM to 6 PM.
• This property is a part of a gated community
