• Alcohol is allowed only in designated areas.
• All-male groups are not allowed
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
• Check-in will be denied without valid IDs.
• Smoking and drinking are allowed only in designated areas.
• F&B orders must be placed minimum 8 hours in advance.
• No loud music or bonfire post 10 PM due to local government restrictions.
• Hookah is not allowed as per Tamil Nadu government regulations.
• Guests are requested to check in before dark.
• Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Smoking is allowed only in exterior areas of the villa.

Stay Information

• Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
• This is a standalone property.
• The caretaker resides on the premises and is available at all times.
• There are CCTV cameras covering external areas for security purposes.
• Guests can stay connected to the dongle with a limit of 2GB, per day. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Please note, due to the units location amidst a tea garden, there may be occasional unexpected visitors
• Kindly note that food will not be served in the rooms and will instead be available at the common dining area
• In case of a power outage, the DG can support basic amenities (lights and fans) for up to 6 hours..
• This is not a pet-friendly or wheelchair-friendly property.
• The fireplace in the living area of Unit 1 is not accessible.
• The property comprises three individual standalone units.
