• All-male groups are allowed with a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Guests are requested to treat the home with care.
• Common areas may be shared with other guests.
• Dining is not allowed inside the villa.
• F&B orders must be placed at least 6 hours in advance.
• No loud music or bonfire post 10 PM due to local government regulations.
• Hookah is not allowed due to TN government restrictions.
• Smoking and drinking are allowed only in designated areas.

Stay Information

• Standalone property; not pet-friendly and not wheelchair-friendly.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Alcohol consumption allowed in designated areas; smoking allowed in exterior areas only.
• All meals will be served at the common restaurant 100 mts from the villa.
• Caretaker stays on the premises.
• CCTV cameras monitor external areas for security.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi available; network is subject to availability.
• Bonfire arrangements are common and shared, and will be provided only in the designated area next to the parking space.
• As the villa is located within a tea garden surrounded by reserve forest, guests are strongly advised to complete check-in before dark for their convenience and safety.
• Generator supports all appliances during a power outage.
• Stay alert for possible wildlife sightings around the property.
• Road leading up to the villa is concrete; drive all the way to the entrance.
