• In-house dining is not allowed inside the villa.
• All-male groups are not allowed.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the rooms only
• No loud music or bonfire post 10 PM due to local Government restrictions.
• Hookah is not allowed due to TN Government restrictions.
• Food & Beverage orders must be placed at least 6 hours in advance.
• Guests are requested to check in before dark
• Common areas will be shared with other guests.
• Check-in will be denied without valid IDs.
• This is not a pet-friendly property
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care
• Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

Stay Information

• If you book any one of the two bedrooms, the bedroom will be allotted by the property manager at the time of check-in.
• Spaces such as the bar and restaurant are shared areas accessible to all guests.
• All bedrooms are located on the first floor and come with attached balconies. Please note that there is no separate living room on this level.
• All meals will be served at the common restaurant of the villa.
• As the villa is located within a tea garden surrounded by a reserve forest, guests are strongly advised to complete check-in before dark for their convenience and safety.
• Bonfire arrangements are common and shared, and will be provided only in the designated area next to the parking space.
• Guests are requested not to step outside the villa premises after 9:00 PM due to possible wildlife movement in the vicinity.
• The property features a bar area and a restaurant on the ground floor, which are also shared with other guests staying on the premises.
• The road leading up to the property is concrete. You can drive all the way up to the entrance.
• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi (network availability may vary.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• There are CCTV cameras capturing external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker stays on the premises.
• This is a standalone property.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Please note that this is a 2-bedroom villa, and guests have access to only 1 bedroom and shared spaces.
