• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.

• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.

Stay Information

• This 3-bedroom villa is divided into two units on the same property – one with 2 bedrooms and the other with 1 bedroom.
• In case of a power outage, the DG can provide backup. Complimentary generator backup is provided for up to 4 hours. Post which, usage is chargeable at ₹300 per hour.
• There is no Wi-Fi provided at the property.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM.
• Please note that the dining area does not have an AC.
• This is a standalone property.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
