House Rule

• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas. Ice will be charged for.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• Penalty of INR 10,000 for littering or if gardens or trees are harmed/spoilt.
• Extra payment will be charged if guests request the caretaker to extend their time or for picking up deliveries from the main gate.
• Female attendants/staff retire to their chambers at 8 PM. Male attendants can stay post 10 PM until 2 AM at an additional charge.
• Smoking is not allowed at the property. Please use designated areas only. Use an ashtray and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire. Penalty of INR 10,000 if found smoking inside the villa.

Stay Information

• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This booking is part of a 9 BHK property with two units; guests have access to the Peek A Boo unit, consisting of 2 bedrooms along with common spaces.
• This is a standalone property.
• Guests are advised to stay cautious of wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
• The caretakers stay on the premises and are available from 8 AM to 10 PM.
• There are CCTV cameras capturing the external areas for security purposes.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi (network subject to availability).
