House Rule

• All-male groups are not allowed.
• The road leading up to the villa is concrete.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• Outside food is allowed.
• Outside vendors are not allowed.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.
• There is a designated outdoor area available for smoking; guests are requested to use that.
• Check-in is from 2:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. An earlier check-in or a later check-out can often be arranged, subject to availability and prior approval.
• A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for every guest at check-in.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Day visitors or additional guests are welcome with prior approval.
• Parties, events, and commercial shoots require prior approval before they can be hosted at the villa.
• Kindly keep sanitary products, wet wipes, tissues, and other non-flushable items out of the plumbing.
• Rubbish and sanitary waste belong in the bins provided; do leave the bathrooms tidy after use.
• Please lock doors and windows when stepping out of the villa, and keep personal valuables secure; management is unable to be responsible for items left unattended.
• Kindly refrain from tampering with electrical fittings, safety equipment, or security devices.
• Any damage, maintenance need, or safety concern is best shared with the caretaker or management right away, so it can be looked into at once.
• Please leave outdoor footwear at the entrance before stepping inside.
• Do help us keep the villa, bathrooms, and surrounding spaces tidy, and rinse used utensils after a mea
• The furniture, appliances, linen and in-villa amenities have been chosen with care — kindly treat them gently. Any damage, breakage or missing items may be chargeable.
• Please switch off lights, air-conditioners and appliances when they’re not in use — a small way of caring for the home and the surroundings.
• Use kitchen appliances responsibly, and please never leave anything cooking unattended.

Stay Information

• In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property from 10:18 AM to 10:18 PM
• This is a standalone propert
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Reasonable instructions from the caretaker and on-ground team are available to make the stay comfortable; do share any concerns as they come up, and we’ll be glad to help in the moment.
