• All-male groups are not allowed.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
• Unmarried couples allowed.
• Primary guest should be at least 18 years of age.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

Stay Information

• Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
• The villa is reserved exclusively for guests. The homeowner resides nearby and is available for assistance. Access is limited to guest-designated areas.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
• This is a standalone property.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available at all times.
• In case of a power outage, the inverter can provide power backup.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
